Acabei de vender os direitos de publicação de uma das minhas ilustrações preferidas, esta Cobra-de-água-de-colar (Natrix natrix). Uma boa maneira de começar o ano, não tanto pelo dinheiro, mas mais pelo prazer de ver publicada uma coisa feita por mim. Vai fazer parte de um folheto de comemoração do Ano Internacional da Biodiversidade publicado pela BioPiscinas.

I've just sold the rights for publication of this old favorite illustration of mine, a grass snake (Natrix natrix). A good way to start the new year, not really for the money, more for the joy of seeing something you did getting published. It will be part of a leaflet on the celebration of the International Year of Biodiversity published by BioPiscinas.Have a great 2010, everyone!
Oh my gosh Pequette, your work is EXQUISITE. I am humbled by your talents, I think I'll wad up the pages I've been working on and start over.
